Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. When you check out you will be given a variety of options for shipping all with estimated delivery dates. Please note that these dates are our best estimate (but not guarantee) of when your order will arrive.

Shipping costs vary by location. Additional charges may apply on oversized items and remote locations.

Local delivery available only within a designated radius. Please contact us to confirm if you qualify for local delivery (local delivery may come with minimum purchase amount)

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost or stolen please contact us at info@koupepekids.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the delivery company.

Shipping notes:
Koupepe Kids will not be held responsible for parcels that are not deliverable because of an incomplete/incorrect address or parcels that are not picked up in a timely manner and are returned back to Koupepe Kids. Customers will be charged for delivery back to us and charged for the parcel to be resent.
Return & Exchange Policy
COVID-19
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we will not be able to accept returns, exchanges or refused parcels.
If you receive a defective item or have any questions or concerns regarding the items you received,
please email us with these directly at info@koupepekids.com.

Damaged Items:
We are happy to refund damaged items. If an item in your order is damaged you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing us at info@koupepekids.com. Include your order number in the subject line. Please also send an image of the damaged product attached to your email. Once we receive this information we will send you a return shipping label to send it back to us. When we receive your item back we will process your refund. Items must be returned within 10 business days to receive refund. Once received, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your credit to be processed. All refunds will be according to the original method of payment.
